The Challenge

Synergy had the task of creating a powerful sampling campaign around Cadbury Joyville with a focus on Marvellous Creations. We had the opportunity to sample out of store which added a more immersive engagement with the brand and capture some more of those Joyville moments.

The concept needed to reconnect consumers with the magic of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate and introduce the wonderful new creations made in the kitchen of Joyville.


Synergy developed a 2.2m door which lead to the world of Joyville and installed into selected malls and supermarket foyers. A team of actors brought to life the Joyville characters who entertained, surprised, delighted and sampled delicious Marvellous Creation chocolate to shoppers.

Results were fantastic, lots of happy faces from children and shoppers who loved getting amongst the fun and interacting with our very own Joyvillians!  Oh and product was flying off the shelves!
