TIP TOP – 75TH BIRTHDAY
The Brief
Celebrate Tip Top’s 75th birthday by rewarding its loyal customers nationwide.
Solution
This was the simplest promotion yet, give away Jelly Tips in 12 different locations across New Zealand, from Whangarei to Invercargill…on a hot day.
With support from major radio stations we were able to broadcast live from each of the locations to further increase awareness for New Zealand’s favourite ice cream brand.
Results
50,000 ice creams were given away in just 75 minutes. Some locations had queues over 100 metres long. We gained incredible exposure for Tip Top with hundreds of people tweeting and posting on Facebook about their Jelly Tip experience.
